There's no pool, no restaurant, no noise, and none of their problems.
This marina was out of business for several years and recently sold to new owners. Looks like it's doing great!!

The third owner lost the marina to the bank in the Summer 2015. The new owners took over in mid-2016 and began to restore the facility and it's reputation.
Quiet location. Easy to navigate to minding the marks among a lot of stakes and pots. Very nice staff, very helpful- Gus coming out in the middle of the night to check lines with the high winds from Tropical Storm Hermine. The new owners took over the Marina which still needs lots of TLC, but we were quite happy. Lydia gives rides to get provisions. Washer and dryer are on the porch but free to use. Baths are clean. Nice Marina.
Quiet, picturesque, rural location with protected fuel dock, ramp, and 25-ton travel lift. One of the best values for storage and working on your own vessel. Fast easy access to the Potomac.
Most issues have been resolved and several improvements completed.
